Best Western Plus Texarkana Inn and Suites

Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. There was a nice looking water park next door- we didn’t go there, but it looked like it would have been fun for a family who had more time.

The place was absolutely amazing, quite honestly a lot better than I expected. The breakfast wasn't your typical muffin, fruit and juice, milk or coffee; it was an actual breakfast and was delicious for a hotel. The staff out did themselves. I did have one issue ( will explain in the next box), but the gentleman I dealt with gave me two options. 1 He had another room available for the same price we had paid. 2 He said he would credit our bill if just decided to stay in that room; in which we did. When checking out, he didn't credit us the $35 for one night but for both nights. Great customer service.

I loved how clean it was! Maid staff did a phenomenal job with cleaning our room while we were gone. I loved coming back to a clean room and fresh towels. The location was great. We were in close proximity to everything and I also felt safe. The breakfast was also delicious and they offered a variety of food. We have a big family so free HOT breakfast is an important value to us!

They had a restaurant that I could eat dinner at without getting back out to find somewhere. They give you a voucher for your morning meal to order which was different than more hotels but it was good and fresh which I liked better. The TV had lot of choices to watch.

Every Thing was very good. The beds were comfortable, the room was very nice, location was close to restuarants. The facility was very clean and smelled good.
